Our pool is filled with salty water and it’s around 6 meters long and 1.35 m deep. More than a pool it’s an ideal way to refresh on hot summer days

What is the difference between the various rooms ( other than the suite)? Room size and amenities look the same but different prices?

The difference is the location and the distribution. All the rooms are on the same level but the lower priced rooms are below the restaurant which prevents a lot of outside light and the others are in the center which makes them more illuminated.

Unfortunately the hotel is located on a street with unevenness, at street level is the entrance to the hotel and the cafeteria and the 8 rooms we have are all located downstairs, we are a small hotel so we have no elevator.

Is smoking allowed on the balcony outside of the rooms?

The rooms overlook a garden on the lower floor and smoking is not allowed inside or outside the rooms. Smoking is permitted in the upper cafe and ashtrays are available.

The perfect getaway place in an amazing town.
This place is a true gem, in probably the best town in Riviera Nayarit. The most tranquil place to unwind, while a short walk away from the beach and a ton of great restaurants & bars (has its own cafe/restaurant as well). Clean, comfortable, great amenities, easy access and all in all a perfect getaway spot. Mariana was a great host with excellent recommendations for San Pancho. Definitely going back and highly recommended.

Beautiful small hotel, no noise and great food
Clean and well decorated
lacks specific space or furniture to store the bags, we have to just leave them on the floor with almost everything inside, and that looks a bit disorganised for the type of pretty room we are in
